• Non-Physician Clinician (PA, NP, MA) – $300.00
• Non-Physician Clinician (PA, NP, MA)- Late – $500.00
• PharmD/MSL – $800.00
  Approval for this category will be based on affiliated sponsoring organization commitment. In order to register as a PharmD/MSL, your company must be registered to exhibit at the 2027 FAD Annual Meeting.
• Physician (FAD Member) – $400.00
• Physician (FAD Member) - Late – $500.00
• Physician (NON-FAD Member) – $800.00
• Physician (NON-FAD Member) - Late – $900.00
• Young Physician (FAD Member) – $200.00
