Approval for this category will be based on affiliated sponsoring organization commitment. In order to register as a PharmD/MSL, your company must be registered to exhibit at the 2026 FAD Annual Meeting.

**IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ**

FAD 2026 Meeting - Room Reservations at The Conrad Orlando Resort

The FAD has secured a reduced room rate of $384 per night (+ $15 resort fee/per night) for standard, run of resort, accommodations. Guests will be allowed ONE ROOM ONLY at this rate. Additional reservations can be made, on your own, at the current hotel rack rate. To prevent guests from taking advantage of our great rate, we have a very strict reservation process in place. Room type and bed type is subject to availability on arrival day. CALL-IN’s will NOT be permitted due to limited rooms in our hotel block. Registration is REQUIRED in order to reserve a room.

Once you complete your registration, you will be added to our room request list. Once the reservation link opens, for the meeting, we will email you a link to reserve your hotel room. At this time, you can only reserve ONE room. If you reserve an additional room, the reservation will be cancelled. Once all of our guests have a room, we can offer additional rooms, if available. Room types are based on availability.
