• PharmD/MSL (Non-Member) – $750.00
  Approval for this category will be based on affiliated sponsoring organization commitment. In order to register as a PharmD/MSL, your company must be registered to exhibit at the 2023 FAD Annual Meeting.
• Physician (FAD Member) – $400.00
• Physician (NON-FAD Member) – $600.00
• Young Physicians & Med Students - FAD Member – $200.00
  Medical Students and Physicians (<5 years post residency)
